Wikipedia, imdB etc say it's October 24th but it's false, she said it in a interview many years ago : source. Apparently, a rumor says she was born on February 21st, but the source disappeared. One of her closest friends said it's January 3rd (see source here) so I personally tend to believe it, but remember Katie never confirmed it herself and seems to not want to. Please be respectful.
